ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in Rukam Village, Mendo Barat District, Bangka Regency. The people of Rukam Village, especially for parents, are starting to feel social unrest regarding teenagers, especially the problem of drinking among teenagers which seems to be a habit which is a frequent phenomenon in Rukam Village, Mendo Barat District. The problem that the author studies in this study is the factors of juvenile delinquency such as, drinking in Rukam Village, Mendo Barat District and the impact of alcoholism in adolescent daily life are examined from the perspective of juvenile delinquency and criminology. Criminology is knowledge based on experience, which like other similar sciences, looks at symptoms that try to investigate the causes of these symptoms in ways that are available to them. This study aims to determine the factors of juvenile delinquency in drinking among teenagers in Rukam Village and to determine the impact of alcoholism in the daily life of adolescents from the perspective of juvenile delinquency and criminology.
In answering this problem the author uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely research methods that utilize qualitative data and are described descriptively with regard to factors and the impact of alcoholism on adolescent behavior in Rukam Village, Mendo Barat District, Bangka Regency. The results showed that the occurrence of juvenile delinquency such as drinking among teenagers in Rukam Village, caused by several factors namely, adolescent individual factors, family factors, environmental factors or social factors that deviate and the lack of control from parents and factors of formal education and religious education. While the effects of alcohol on the daily lives of these adolescents, have a high temperament, are easily offended, being rude, smoking, decreased power of concentration, resulting in the safety and order of the people of Rukam Village such as, making a commotion at night, screaming indistinctly, causing fights.
